Copyright and using the content

Just thinking about copyright can give me a headache. I did not create this website so I could guard every sentence as if it were locked in a safe. What matters to me is that worthwhile things circulate between people, open up new perspectives and help something good take shape.
So my principle is simple: use it, share it and credit the source. No unnecessary complications. Respecting someone's work does not have to mean shutting it away from the world.
What can you do?
Unless a particular item states otherwise, I give you permission, free of charge, to copy, share, translate and adapt my texts, images, videos and recordings available on this website. You can use them in your own projects, including commercial ones, under the conditions below.
That means you can share a text with friends, use an excerpt in your own video, prepare a translation or combine material with your own creative work. For these uses, you do not need to ask me for permission every time or pay simply to use the material.
This permission does not transfer exclusive rights to you. Other people and I can continue using the same materials. The point is not for someone to take ownership of them, but for them to carry on reaching people.
How do you credit the source?
A condition of this permission is that you include: Jaroslaw 33 — New Earth Studio, together with a link to the website. Ideally, link to the specific material you are using. Put the credit somewhere visible and appropriate — below the text, alongside the image, in the video description or in the post caption, for example.
It can look like this:
Source: Jaroslaw 33 — New Earth Studio.
If you change, shorten or translate the material, or combine it with your own content, briefly indicate that it is your adaptation. A simple note is enough: “Based on material by Jaroslaw 33 — New Earth Studio; translated and adapted by me.”
I do not need a large banner or an elaborate formula. The point is for people to know where the material came from and be able to find the original.
Inspiration is not my property
I do not claim exclusive ownership of knowledge, facts or general ideas. I also learn about the world through other people, books, conversations and my own experiences. Thoughts meet, change and take us further.
If a thought on this website inspires you to create something of your own, I do not require a credit just for that. Crediting the source is a condition of the permission described here to copy or adapt my specific materials — not a condition of thinking for yourself.
I do not want to build yet another place where people are afraid to create anything because someone has used a similar word before. Personal reflection, conversation and the creative search for new connections belong here.
Simply be fair
Do not present copied material as your own original work. Distinguish your changes from my words, and do not suggest that I endorse your product, service or views unless we have agreed on that.
You are welcome to disagree, challenge an idea and develop the subject in your own way. I only ask that you do not cut words in a way that reverses the meaning of what I said, or attribute something to me that I never said.
Permission to share recordings does not include cloning my voice or creating statements intended to sound as though I said them. Being open to sharing content is not permission to impersonate another person.
A brief clarification
This permission covers only rights that I actually hold. Some material is created with the help of AI. I do not claim that every element of it is covered by exclusive rights of mine.
Other people's quotations, images, recordings and other elements subject to separate rights or licences keep their own terms. I cannot give permission on behalf of their owners. If an item identifies another source or a separate licence, check those terms too.
I do not restrict any uses of content that the law already allows you. The conditions here apply when you rely on my permission; they do not take away rights you already have.
If something is unclear, or you notice an incorrect credit, you can find my contact details at the end of the “About me” page.
Beyond that: use it, create and pass it on. Let something good come from it.
