An artistic vision of privacy: a luminous transparent data sanctuary protects ordered information capsules above dark water.

Your privacy matters

I created New Earth Studio as a place to share thoughts, experiences and a vision of New Earth — not as a place to collect information about you just in case it might be useful later. My approach is simple: process only data that is genuinely needed and explain clearly what it is used for.

I do not sell your personal data. In the current version of the website, I do not use it to create advertising profiles, make automated decisions about you or track you across other websites. This notice describes New Earth Studio; external services linked from this website have their own rules.

Who is responsible for the data?

The data controller for this website is Jaroslaw Piotr Kedziora, operating as Jaroslaw33. For privacy matters, you can write to: jaroslaw33ai@gmail.com.

If you contact me about your data, I may ask for information needed to confirm that the data relates to you. I will not ask for more information than is necessary to handle the matter safely.

What happens when you visit the website?

When you open the website, your device connects to the infrastructure that provides it. As part of that connection, standard technical data may be processed, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address visited, browser type, device system, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, and information about errors and security.

Technical data is needed to deliver the website and its materials, protect against misuse, maintain reliability and diagnose problems. I do not use it to identify you personally or connect your activity to an advertising profile.

I have not added Google Analytics, the Facebook pixel or another advertising tracking system to the current website code. There are also no user accounts, newsletter, comment form or contact form. If this changes, I will update this notice before enabling the new feature.

When you email me

Contact by email is voluntary. If you write to me, I receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information or attachments you decide to send. I use them to read your message, respond and deal with the matter you have raised.

Sending an email does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give permission for advertising. Email is handled through Gmail, so the message is also processed within the email provider’s systems under the Google Privacy Policy. Please do not send documents or detailed personal information unless they are needed for our conversation.

Downloadable files

The website may offer documents, books, recordings, images and other materials for download. Downloading a file from this website does not require you to create an account or give me your name or email address.

During a download, the technical infrastructure may process the same standard connection data as it does when displaying the website, including the IP address, download time, browser type and the name of the requested file. This may be needed to deliver the material, protect the website, identify errors and prevent misuse. I do not use download information to build advertising profiles or track users on other websites.

The downloaded file is saved on your device according to your browser settings. From that point, you decide where to keep it and when to delete it. If a link leads to a file hosted by an external service, that provider’s privacy rules also apply.

Recordings, images and external links

Images, the background film, fonts and narration recordings are delivered as materials from this website. The “Read aloud” button plays an audio file prepared in advance. It does not activate your microphone, record your voice or send a recording from your device.

Links to YouTube, the shop and other websites are ordinary links, not embedded players or invisible tracking elements. Only when you choose to visit an external service do its privacy and cookie rules begin to apply.

Voluntary support

The support buttons lead to Stripe. Payment takes place through an external service, and you provide the information needed to complete it directly there. Stripe processes that information under its own rules and payment security requirements described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

As the recipient, I may receive information connected with the transaction, such as the amount, currency, date, status and contact details provided by the person making the payment, depending on the payment method and service settings. I do not receive full payment-card details. Transaction information may be retained where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Cookies — without an unnecessary banner

Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of information stored on or read from a device. They can be used for security, authentication, remembering settings, statistics or advertising. Not every cookie requires consent; this depends on its purpose and how it operates.

I have not placed advertising cookies or behavioural tracking tools in the current website code. The private version of the website may use essential authentication and security mechanisms provided by the hosting platform. These mechanisms support the service you request and are not used by me for advertising.

Because I do not currently enable technologies that require a marketing choice, I do not show a banner asking visitors to accept everything. Information about the mechanisms in use remains available here. I will carry out another cookie check before making the website public. If technologies requiring consent are introduced later, they will be blocked until a genuine choice has been made, with acceptance and rejection made equally easy.

Why may data be processed?

Technical data may be processed because it is needed to deliver and secure the website and protect it from misuse. I process correspondence so that I can respond and maintain reasonable communication. Payment-related information may be processed to handle voluntary support and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be taking steps at your request, my legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website and communicating with you, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent where consent is genuinely required. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

How long is data kept?

I do not want to keep data indefinitely simply because it once reached me. I keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, maintain the continuity of our conversation and resolve the matter. After that, I may retain it only where there is a reasonable need to protect legal rights, document arrangements or comply with a legal obligation.

Documents connected with payments are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules. The retention period for technical logs depends on the configuration and policies of the infrastructure providers. When data is no longer needed for a proper purpose, it should be deleted or anonymised.

Providers and international transfers

I use technical providers to operate the website, particularly New Earth Studio infrastructure based on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, Gmail for email and Stripe for payment support. Providers may process data to the extent needed to supply their services, provide security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Further information is available in the OpenAI Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Some providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. In those circumstances, transfers should rely on mechanisms permitted by the relevant law and used by the provider. You should also read the current privacy notice of any external service you decide to visit.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask for access to your data, a copy, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some rights have exceptions — for example, a legal duty to retain records may prevent immediate deletion.

You can first write to me at jaroslaw33ai@gmail.com so that I can explain the situation and respond to your request. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office — the ICO.

Security, children and changes

I use reasonable organisational and technical measures, but no method of transmitting or storing data can provide an absolute guarantee of security. If I become aware of a data issue, I will take action appropriate to its nature and the applicable law.

The website is not designed as a service specifically for children, and I do not ask children to provide personal data. If you believe a child has sent me data without appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian, please write to the address above.

This notice will be updated if the website’s operation, the services used or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available from the footer, and the date of the latest update will be shown at the beginning of the page.
